    Kellye O'Kelly

    Founder & Principal Designer

    Born and raised in the Texas hill country, Kellye attended the University of Texas Austin receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Upon graduation she fulfilled her dream of a life in the Colorado mountains moving to Vail and working for Slifer Designs.

    After more than twenty years in the industry, Kellye joined her husband, Cody O’Kelly to start OCG design and construction firm in 2016. When not working, Kellye enjoys all that the area has to offer, skiing in the winter months and mountain biking the remainder of the year.

    She resides in Eagle with her husband Cody and children - son Keegan and daughter Quinn.

    Bri Potts

    Partner & Principal Designer

    An artist first and foremost. Colorado Native. Mother, Wife, and Interior Designer. Graduating from the top ranked Interior Design school in the nation, Savannah College of Art & Design. Bri's work is dedicated to her daughters - Willow & Zara, and husband Eric, an Architect with a shared passion in design.

    Over the years she has paved her own path in the design world of Vail, CO. Bringing clients' visions to life through 3D modeling and realistic renderings, blending technical precision with a deeply personal, tactile approach.

    After a day spent designing, Bri finds joy painting with her daughters—where imagination runs free and a new world is always unfolding.

    Autumn Russ

    Design Associate

    Autumn grew up in the Vail Valley, a true local. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and an Associates in Architecture. After four years in Texas Autumn moved back to Colorado to begin her dream career in Interior design.

    As a recent graduate Autumn carries an eagerness to learn and grow while also bringing a young spirit, fresh eyes and a creative mindset to the team. She has found a love & desire to create beautiful spaces that tell a story.

    Always off to experience something new in the community - she enjoys adventures every chance she gets; skiing, hiking, camping, and exploring.

    Cody O'Kelly

    COO

    With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Cody O’Kelly works with unparalleled depth and understanding on every project.

    He has overseen tenant improvement projects, custom home builds ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. homes to 11,000 sq. ft. estates, large scale hospitality projects such as the Ritz Carlton Vail and the renovation of the Vail Marriott.

    Cody’s work has also taken him out-of-state, heading up high-end retail/commercial and residential construction jobs in other resort markets in CA, WA, UT, VT.

    Cody has a BS in Finance/Economics from Millsaps College and a MS in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
